山海在封裝設(shè)計(jì)階段通過(guò)對(duì)BOM (bill of material) 的甄選，在確?？煽啃缘那疤嵯?，向客戶(hù)提供更加友好的產(chǎn)線時(shí)間（floor life)。對(duì)于貨架時(shí)間，即真空包裝的能力，山海產(chǎn)品包裝可支撐兩年的貨架時(shí)間，此舉向客戶(hù)提供了更加靈活的采購(gòu)和生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃安排。
客戶(hù)產(chǎn)線時(shí)間即真空包裝開(kāi)封后且進(jìn)行回流焊之前能夠在客戶(hù)產(chǎn)線上放置的時(shí)長(zhǎng)，參考JEDEC-033D標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，根據(jù)不同濕敏等級(jí)（MSL）對(duì)應(yīng)產(chǎn)線時(shí)間（Floor Life）。
